A.J. Conley,
MS, LMHCA

A mental health counselor for first responders located in Bow, Washington specializing in trauma-informed care, somatic counseling, and EMDR.

The approach

I provide trauma-informed care to first responders by integrating person-centered counseling, somatic counseling, narrative therapy, and EMDR. This holistic approach supports understanding how past and current experiences, relationships, stories, and events impact your emotions, somatic feelings, actions, and thoughts today.
